  • Fulfill and manage your orders and payments.
  • Deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user.
  • Respond to user inquiries and offer support.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We may need to share your data in situations including Business Transfers, with Vendors and Third-Party Service Providers, and with Business Partners.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Notice.

5. Do We Use a Third-Party Weather Data and Location Service?

To provide you with real-time weather forecasts, severe weather alerts, and localized atmospheric conditions, our Application requires access to your location information. We work with OpenWeatherMap (operated by OpenWeather Ltd.) as our third-party weather data provider.

We may collect and process the following location data:

  • Precise Location Data: With your explicit permission, we access your device's precise geographic coordinates (GPS latitude and longitude).
  • Coarse Location Data: If precise location is disabled, we process non-precise location markers such as your city name, ZIP/postal code, or region.
  • Background Location Tracking: If you enable severe weather alerts or lock screen widgets, this Application will access your location data even when the app is closed or not actively in use.

OpenWeatherMap acts as a third-party data processor. They do not track, log, or store your IP address or request parameters beyond the temporary window required to fulfill the immediate weather query.

You can grant, modify, or completely revoke our access to your location at any time through your device's native OS settings.

6. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by third parties in the United States and other countries.

If you are a resident in the European Economic Area, we will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and applicable law, including our Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs).

7. What Is Our Stance on Third-Party Websites?

The App may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services, or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice.

8. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

9. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

10. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In some regions (like the European Economic Area), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, request rectification or erasure, restrict the processing of your personal information, and data portability.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at info@propotomogoyo.com.

11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

12. Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?
